Customers are required to transfer coordinates manually using the listed UPI ID or QR code and submit the confirmation receipt screenshot through our WhatsApp support channel for verification.
We process verified orders within 24-48 working hours. Flat shipping fees apply to totals below Rs. 500, above which delivery is free of charge. Transit times vary depending on the destination district within Kerala and other parts of India, typically averaging 3-5 business days. Customers can track status updates directly from their customer dashboard.

Returns: Due to the medicinal and hygienic nature of our wellness formulations, returns are not accepted once products are dispatched.
