Guidelines Governing Transactions, Delivery, and Consultations

2. Transaction & Payments

Ponmudi Pharma Ayurvedics utilizes a manual UPI verification framework. Order values are displayed on checkout. Customers are required to transfer coordinates manually using the listed UPI ID or QR code and submit the confirmation receipt screenshot through our WhatsApp support channel for verification.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We process verified orders within 24-48 working hours. Flat shipping fees apply to totals below Rs. 500, above which delivery is free of charge. Transit times vary depending on the destination district within Kerala and other parts of India, typically averaging 3-5 business days. Customers can track status updates directly from their customer dashboard.

4. Governing Law

Any disputes or conflicts arising out of website usage, medicine orders, or consultation bookings shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

5. Cancellation & Return Policy

Returns: Due to the medicinal and hygienic nature of our wellness formulations, returns are not accepted once products are dispatched. Cancellation: Customers can self-cancel their order requests directly through their customer portal dashboard within 24 hours of placement. No cancellations will be processed after the 24-hour window or after the order status has been updated to Packed or Shipped.
