We collect information you provide directly to us when registering accounts, placing orders, requesting physician consultations, or submitting enquiries. This may include your full name, email address, mobile number, and shipping addresses.
We use your personal coordinates to verify transactions, dispatch orders to your saved shipping addresses, coordinate consultations with our medical staff, and route confirmations via the WhatsApp messaging system.
Your profiles are stored securely in Supabase using industry-standard Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Access limits ensure that you are the only user capable of viewing or modifying your addresses and orders. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your credentials to third-party advertisers. Information is only shared with logistics partners to ensure shipping deliveries and with WhatsApp API services to transmit order details upon checkout placement.
